Caroline Birkholm advises Danish and international companies on matters of commercial law.

Caroline has been working on international arbitration and litigation proceedings for a considerable number of years. She assists Danish and international clients in connection with cases before courts of law, arbitration tribunals and administrative boards, while also advising on matters of commercial law.

Caroline special areas of expertise are IP law and company law. Caroline has extensive experience within trade secrets, assisting with protection strategies as well as the resolution of disputes.
